Safety is a shared responsibility. We expect visitors to Warner Beach (hereinafter, the “Park”) to exercise good judgment and behave responsibly in order to safeguard both their own health and safety and that of those under their care, especially minors, for whom they are responsible and whom they must supervise at all times.
In this regard, visitors (i) must READ AND COMPLY WITH all rules, signs, warnings, and written recommendations, and use the leisure facilities appropriately, as well as any safety equipment provided, where applicable; and (ii) COMPLY WITH AND RESPECT all instructions and guidance given by our staff.
It is essential that visitors who are responsible for persons who, either because they are minors or because they have a disability, are unable to read or properly understand the written rules, signs, warnings, and/or recommendations, explain them to such persons and remind them whenever necessary, without prejudice to the assistance that Park staff may provide.
Therefore, visitors must act responsibly both with regard to their own health and safety and that of the persons under their care, as well as other people around them.
Each visitor undertakes to maintain civil and considerate behavior and agrees to (i) treat other visitors, Park staff, and the facilities themselves with respect, and (ii) preserve and respect the flora and fauna of the surrounding environment.
Visitors who, at the discretion of Park staff, fail to comply with the rules and staff instructions and/or behave irresponsibly and/or disrespectfully toward other visitors and/or Park staff may be expelled from the Park without any right to claim a refund. Furthermore, if such visitors hold any season pass for leisure parks managed by GRUPO PARQUES REUNIDOS (“Bono Parques”), measures may be applied including withdrawal or cancellation of the Bono Parques for serious breaches, or temporary withdrawal or suspension of the Bono Parques for minor breaches, in accordance with the General Terms and Conditions of this product, available at: https://www.bonoparques.es/terminos-y-condiciones.
Finally, the Park reserves the right to report such behavior to the competent authorities.
Please consult the specific guidelines and rules posted at the entrance to each leisure attraction, as well as the Park’s general operating rules described below.
Likewise, it is essential that visitors responsible for persons who cannot read or properly understand the written rules, signs, warnings, and/or recommendations (for example, minors or persons with disabilities) explain them and remind them whenever necessary, without prejudice to the assistance that Park staff may provide as needed. The Park provides specific information for visitors with disabilities at:
